High-performance high-speed steelProven high-speed steel for a wide range of applications. Excellent toughness and reliable performance when cutting structural steel, heat-treatable steel, and aluminum—the cost-effective standard for most applications.
M35 – HSS-Co
Cobalt-alloyed high-speed steelCobalt-alloyed high-speed steel (HSS) with higher hot hardness and improved wear resistance. Suitable for more demanding materials such as austenitic stainless steels, gray cast iron, and alloyed quenched and tempered steels.
ASP 2030 – PM-HSS
High-performance steel produced by powder metallurgyPM-HSS with extremely high wear resistance and maximum tool life. For mass production, heavy-duty applications, and materials that place particularly high demands on the tool.

Without a surface coatingFor standard applications with adequate lubrication—cost-effective and proven. Ideal for aluminum, brass, and soft materials where a coating offers no measurable benefit.
TiN – Titanium nitride
Titanium nitride coatingProven hard coating with a golden-yellow color. Reduces friction, increases surface hardness, and extends service life. Proven effective on most steel materials and cast iron alloys.
AlCrona Pro
Aluminum-chromium-nitride coatingHigh-performance coating for higher cutting speeds and longer tool life. Particularly suitable for difficult-to-machine materials and high-volume production runs with demanding requirements.
